Cancellation Policy for Live Conferences
Cancellation requests for live conferences are accepted under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled conference
time.
- Requests submitted within 48 hours of the conference will not be accepted.
- A processing fee of $30 applies to webinar cancellations.
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to participate in a webinar you have
registered for.
Substitution Policy for Live Conferences
Participants have the option to substitute attendees or webinars to avoid cancellation
processing fees.
- Replacing a webinar with another scheduled webinar.
- Substituting the registered participant with another individual.
- Substitutions are free of charge, but timely notification is required.
Following instances where substitutions and cancellations are not permitted:

Substitution/cancellation is not allowed if the attendee misses the scheduled session.
- No substitutions or refunds are offered if webinar information is not received due to issues
such as bounced or restricted emails.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- If msaconferex cancels a webinar due to technical issues, participants will receive a
100% refund.
- Participants must inform customer services if they do not receive webinar instructions at
least 24 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be offered for participants who fail to receive login instructions due to
technical issues on their end.
Refund Policy for DVDs
Refunds for DVDs are applicable under the following circumstances:
- 100% refund if the DVD is damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery, with evidence provided.
- 100% refund if the DVD is missing or lost during delivery.
